A message dated April 6 was read stating the Senate passed CSHB
(FIN) with the following amendment, and it is transmitted for                                                                 
consideration:                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 59(FIN)                                                                                 
    "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital                                                                 
    expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health                                                              
    program; and providing for an effective date."
